Now that you have appointed your company auditor, we would like to remind you that you have six (6) months to circulate your Audited Financial Statement (AFS) to all the shareholders in pursuant to Section 257.
The law requires that the company circulate the AFS within six (6) months after the AFS date. The circulation can be made via email and is passed by a resolution.
We shall appreciate if you could let us have all of the shareholder’s emailing addresses and every person who is entitled to receive notice of general meeting (if any).
